LOVE IN THE AIR~

It was a Sunday morning when Sanaya called Aarav after seven months. Aarav saw her name flashing on the mobile screen. He got an immediate smile on his face. He picked up her call and they talked for a few minutes. Sanaya asked Aarav if he could come to meet her at the cafe. Aarav said yes. He was getting ready to go to meet her after months. Aarav was also thinking about past incidents. At 3:00 PM, Aarav arrived at the cafe. Sanaya was sitting on a chair with a handbag placed on the table. She was wearing a red gown and a necklace. Aarav saw her after months but with the same love. He went to her. Sanaya asked Aarav to sit. Aarav asked, "How are you, Sanaya?" Sanaya replied "I am good Aarav. How are you"? Aarav said, "I am okay." There was a silence between both of them. They wanted to say but didn't know how to convey it. Aarav asked Sanaya, "Sanaya, why you called me after months?" Sanaya was looking sad. She said, "I am sorry Aarav." Aarav was confused. She added "I was angry and I decided to leave you but I couldn't even sleep. I missed you. I wanted to talk to you for a long time and somehow I managed to call you." Aarav was numb. He said, "I missed you too Sanaya. I should have called you but I thought you are okay without me." They were looking into each other eyes. Aarav wanted to say "I love you. "Sanaya said, "I love you Aarav." Aarav was about to say I love you too Sanaya but Rohit came into the cafe with a gun and he pressed the trigger. The bullet was going to hit Sanaya but Aarav came in between. Aarav was wounded. People in the cafe called the police. Police arrested Rohit. Sanaya called for an ambulance. After days of treatment, Aarav was finally released from the hospital. Sanaya said, "I am sorry Aarav." She started crying and kept saying "Aarav, Rohit was my friend and he proposed me but I refused. He warned me that he will kill me. He is a gangster. He had sent me a pic of him with his gun. I was afraid aarav that's why I called you. He was chasing me from my school time but I never thought it would get like this. I know I am being selfish but I can't trust anyone else Aarav, I know you love me. I got angry for few things and that's why I left. I never loved anyone else than you. You are in the hospital because of me, I am sorry Aarav for so many things." Aarav said, "I love you." Sanaya hugged him. Aarav was unable to move his hands. He felt the same as he felt seven months ago when Sanaya said, "Don't text me Aarav. I am done with you." Today when his hands were not moving he felt the same compulsion. But he was happy to see Sanaya back. Life gave him another chance to say what he felt during these months. They married and went to Paris for living. Paris was their dream. Sometimes love makes you wait. They both did. They met. They lived happily ever after.
